Why lease a Honda Civic in 2019?
The 10th generation Honda Civic has brought many aspects of this c-segment car up to date giving it not only a fresh new design and new engines but improved output and fuel economy.
From the exterior you can see that the profile of the Honda Civic has been streamlined to create a sporty look. The car is now 30mm wider, 136mm longer and 20mm lower than previous models, allowing for higher levels of aerodynamic efficiency. The dynamics of the Civic have also been improved with the use of a lightweight highly rigid body shell and yet safety has not been compromised with the use of ultra-high strength steel within the body frame. Adding to the distinctive new look, the Honda Civic features front LED daytime running lights and C shaped LED rear lights.
The new dimensions of the Civic have improved the interior space allowing for more room, not only for the driver, but passengers and storage. The driver’s seat position has been adjusted to allow you to feel a better connection with the vehicle. The visibility to the front of the car has been enhanced to ensure that at the new lower position the driver still has a clear and safe view.
There are 478 litres of boot space available with rear seats splitting 60:40 and folding flat. Selected models offer a hidden underfloor compartment for a more secure storage area.
To keep passengers entertained all new Honda Civics include the second generation of Honda’s infotainment and connectivity systems with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration. There is a 12v power socket available to ensure your device is kept charged and some Civic models feature an integrated wireless smartphone charging pad.
A seven inch display allows for information to be communicated for driving, environmental and entertainment purposes in real time.
The new 1.0 and 1.5 litre VTEC engines have been developed not only to give a powerful performance but to allow for a more fuel efficient drive with both engines available in a six speed manual or CVT automatic transmission. The new 1.0 litre three cylinder Civic engine offers fuel emissions as low as 106g/km and a combined fuel economy of 60.1 mpg.
The Honda SENSING suite is featured within the Civic and offers advanced safety and driver assist technology including a collision mitigation braking system, forward collision warning, lane departure warning, road departure mitigation, adaptive cruise control, traffic sign recognition and intelligent speed assistance.More info > Interested in leasing this vehicle?
